The AGC, West Central Ohio Division is pleased to announce Matthew Werling, a student at Bowling Green State University majoring in Construction Management, was awarded its 2018-19 $1,000 Scholarship. Annually, AGC Dayton sponsors a scholarship through the AGC of Ohio Education Foundation.
While at BGSU, Matthew has been on the Dean’s List and acted as Coordinator of the Student Construction Management Association. He has five years experience working in the Construction Industry and earned a two year Construction Degree at Tri Star Career Compact before pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree at BGSU. In his application, Matthew noted he finds satisfaction working with clients to turn building materials into a finished product. He targets graduation in December 2018 and then pursuing his career in the Celina OH area.
The AGC, West Central Ohio Division wishes Matthew the best as he wraps up his studies as a BGSU Falcon and continues his career in the Construction Industry.
