Congratulations to Isaiah Beaver who has earned AGC, West Central Ohio Division’s $1,000 Scholarship for 2019-2020. Isaiah was one of twenty nine recipients to be awarded an AGC of Ohio Education Foundation Scholarship for the next school term. His success in the classroom, recent work experience, and essay responses all contributed to his selection as a scholarship winner.
In the Fall, Isaiah will enter his Junior year at the University Dayton to continue his studies in Civil Engineering. As a UD Flyer, he has earned Dean’s List recognition, volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, and participated in various intramural sports programs.
During his first Co-Op experience last summer with Shook Construction Company, Isaiah realized he made the right career choice in pursuing his interest in the Construction Industry while working on the Northridge School building jobsite. He continues to Co-Op with Shook this summer, as well.
AGC, West Central Ohio Division is proud to offer its 2019-2020 scholarship to Isaiah. We wish the best of luck to him and we trust Isaiah will continue to work hard on his studies and on the job to prepare for his future in the Construction Industry.
