John Schroer brings almost 40 years of construction experience to his projects. He started working in the residential construction business in 1973. Five years later, John applied and was accepted into the Carpenters’ Apprenticeship Program and graduated as a journeyman in 1982. He continued his education by attending construction related classes at Sinclair Community College and supervisory training classes sponsored by the Associated General Contractors.
Through John’s career, he worked his way through the ranks becoming carpenter foreman, general carpenter foreman, project superintendent, estimator and project manager. His education and work experience led to his decision to open Rhecors General Contractors in 1992.
Over the years, Rhecors has completed many projects from very simple to more complex. In recent years, the Company has focused its work on Federal, State, and Locally funded government projects. Rhecors takes pride in completing all projects in a professional manner. It will make every attempt to make certain project owners and architects are 100% satisfied.
Rhecors General Contractors has recently been involved with Wright State University’s Calamityville Training Center, WSU Millet Hall Renovation, Wright Patterson AFB’s Assured Fuels Research Facility, and WPAFB Building 65 Upgrades. As well as many other private and government funded projects.
John is currently serving as the Vice President on the AGC West Central Ohio Board.
