The AGC West Central Ohio Division hosted a presentation on Wednesday, January 21, 2015, 7:30 – 9:00 AM at its office to provide information and explanation of the Multiemployer Pension Reform Act of 2014 – A Lifeline for Deeply Troubled Pension Plans. Mike Ledbetter and Rachel Parisi, Attorneys with Ledbetter, Parisi, Sollars LLC presented the topic and answered questions from the attendees. The Meeting was open to all Union Contractors, as well as Management and Labor Trustees and attendance was good.
